Anything else, send us a short email or WhatsApp message — we would rather answer a question than have you guess.
Can I order samples before committing?
Yes. Samples of stock models go out in 3–7 days. A sample from a new private mould takes longer and is quoted with the tool. On small trial quantities we charge material cost only.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the model and whether we are moulding a colour we already run. Tell us the annual volume and we will give you a real number rather than a headline one — small trial quantities are possible on stock models.
Do you have FDA or EU food-contact certification?
Not yet, and we are not going to claim otherwise. We hold three Chinese utility-model patents and run our own line checks. If your market needs a migration report, we will run the test at a laboratory you nominate and send you the result. See the quality page for the full picture.
How do I tell you what neck size I need?
A photo of the bottle neck with a caliper across the finish is usually enough. If you can post us the bottle itself, that is better — we will measure it and send back the closures that fit.
Can the mould be exclusive to me?
Yes. A mould developed from your drawing or sample stays yours — we do not sell that cap shape to anyone else. Tool cost and lead time are quoted before anything is cut.
