What we do

A factory, not a trading office.

Two ways to work with us, and you can start from either one: take a closure we already tool, or have us cut a mould that exists only for your bottle.

01

Private moulds, cut from your drawing

Send a drawing, a 3D file or just the bottle itself. We develop the mould, run first samples and keep that tool exclusive to you — nobody else buys your cap shape from us.

02

A stock range that ships without tooling

If one of our existing necks already fits your bottle, there is no mould cost and no development wait. Change the colour and the print, and the rest is ready.

03

Moulding and slitting under one roof

Injection moulding, tamper-ring slitting, printing and packing all run on our own floor — on slitting equipment we designed and hold a patent on.

Featured models

From 30/25 preforms to 60 mm decorative caps.

15 models on existing tooling. Every one carries the neck size, resin, torque data and carton figures — and any of them can be recoloured, printed or reshaped for an OEM order.

On the floor

Four steps, all of them ours.

Moulding, ring slitting, printing and packing happen on one site. That is why we can change a colour or a print without renegotiating with a third-party workshop — and why a problem found at inspection goes back to the machine that caused it.

    01

    Injection moulding

Virgin food-contact resin runs on our own moulding cells. Cap shells, handles and preforms all start here.

  2. Operator working at an automated cap forming and slitting machine
    02

    Ring slitting & assembly

Tamper-evident rings are slit on equipment we designed and patented ourselves, which is what keeps bridge depth consistent across a run.

  3. Automated cap finishing line with output conveyor feeding collection cartons
    03

    Printing & finishing

Top printing to your artwork, then automatic collection off the conveyor into inspection trays.

  4. Export carton with a sealed polythene liner being filled with red bottle caps
    04

    Bagged & cartoned

Caps go into a sealed PE liner before the carton closes, so nothing picks up dust or moisture in transit.

OEM & ODM

Two routes in. Both end in your carton.

Most private-label programmes stall on mould cost and development time. If an existing neck fits your bottle, you skip both and change only what matters — colour, print, liner, packing. If nothing fits, we quote the tool up front, cut it, and the mould stays exclusive to you.

How an order runs

Four steps from brief to shipment.

No stage starts until the previous one is signed off, so there is never a surprise in the container. Sample lead time is 3–7 days; bulk runs 15–25 days.

  1. 01

    Send the brief

The neck diameter, the product going inside, the annual volume and the market. A photo of the bottle neck with a caliper across it is usually enough.

  2. 02

    Match or quote a mould

We come back with the stock models that fit, or — if none do — what a private mould costs and how long it takes.

  3. 03

    Sample and approval

Design in about 3 days, physical samples in about 7. You sign off shape, colour, print and torque before anything runs in bulk.

  4. 04

    Production and shipment

Line checks during the run, sealed PE liners inside every carton, then FOB Qingdao with the document set.

Who we supply

We already make caps for bottlers who check their suppliers.

Most of our volume goes to drinking water and beverage bottlers in China, which is a market where a leaking cap or a ring that will not break becomes a recall. That is the standard we are set up to hold, and it is the same one an overseas buyer needs.

We are newer to export than we are to moulding, so we would rather say that plainly: ask us for a sample before you ask us for a container.

Start a conversation

Send the bottle. Get a matching closure back.

Tell us the neck diameter, what goes in the bottle and the annual volume. We will reply with the models that fit, a torque recommendation and indicative FOB pricing — or what a private mould would cost if nothing fits.
